PK Cocktail Bar Santorini

A visit to Santorini isn’t complete without stopping to have a cocktail at the gorgeous PK Cocktail Bar. Imagine yourself, sipping on some seriously delicious cocktails with the surreal backdrop of Santorini’s caldera to gaze upon. PK Cocktail bar is a bar with one of the worlds most beautiful views.

From the street, the concrete doorway frames the magnificent view and simply beckons you to step inside. Once inside, you will find a great choice of classy cocktails, made with quality spirits and beautiful fresh fruit. They boast that all their ingredients are freshly made and that they never use artificial syrups or flavourings. It is a little on the expensive side (as with most places in Santorini) but honestly, where in the world will you get an incredible view like this to sip your cocktail too?

The PK Cocktail bar is set up like a balcony garden, with potted plants, a statue of Aphrodite and wrought iron tables that match the balustrade. Roses adorn each table during the day and once the evening descends upon Santorini, the roses are replaced with candles. If it gets a little chilly at night, then guests are offered blankets to keep warm.

The waiters are fantastic, friendly and ready to have a chat. The fellow that served me spent some time on finding out what spirits and fruit I liked and then suggested quite a few different versions mojitos that I might like to try. If cocktails isn’t your thing, they have a great selection of wine, champagne and beer. If you are after something that isn’t alcoholic, then they also make great mocktails, soft drinks and coffee.
