Rock Bar Bali: It’s all about sunsets and cocktails
When I mentioned to a friend of mine that I was going to Bali, she immediately said to me “if you do one thing only in Bali, then that one thing has to be visiting the Rock Bar in Bali. SkyPoint Seventy7 Cafe and Bar
A must visit on the Gold Coast is the Skypoint Observation Deck located at the Q1 Tower right in the middle of the tourist area of Surfers Paradise. Not only is it an observation deck but it doubles as a venue, where the aptly named SkyPoint Seventy7 cafe and bar can be found on the 77th floor. To get there make your way down Surfers Paradise Boulevard to the SkyPoint Observation entrance and once your entrance fee is paid you will be directed to the elevator. The elevator takes you up to the 77th floor…

So on my recent trip to Thailand, that also happened to coincide with my birthday, I thought what a great birthday present to myself – a night at Sirocco. So that’s what I did! Even though I was going in the low…

The parlour is grassed so you could almost kick off your shoes and wander about barefoot – okay, it is fake grass, but it still cuts a good look, complete with garden furniture and the odd leather couch thrown in the mix. The bar sets its scene as though you have stepped back in time, having a garden party complete with gorgeous…
